Modest Fit reserves the right to correct pricing errors and, where necessary, cancel an order affected by an incorrect price.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation containing your order details. Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order. Modest Fit reserves the right to cancel or modify an order due to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, or other operational reasons. If an order is cancelled, we will communicate the relevant information to the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Modest Fit aims to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe communicated to customers. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is handed over to a third-party delivery provider, delays caused by the courier may be outside our direct control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Unless otherwise stated, returned products must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition
• Free from stains, damage, or alterations
• Accompanied by the original price tag and packaging where applicable

Modest Fit-এর website ব্যবহার, browsing অথবা আমাদের কাছ থেকে কোনো পণ্য ক্রয় করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই Terms & Conditions পড়েছেন, বুঝেছেন এবং এতে সম্মত হয়েছেন বলে গণ্য হবে। আপনি যদি এই শর্তাবলির কোনো অংশের সঙ্গে একমত না হন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের website বা services ব্যবহার করবেন না।

১. শর্তাবলির গ্রহণযোগ্যতা

Modest Fit-এর website ব্যবহার অথবা কোনো order করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই Terms & Conditions এবং website-এ উল্লেখিত প্রযোজ্য policies মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। এই শর্তাবলি আমাদের website-এর সকল visitor, customer এবং user-এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।

২. পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা

আমাদের সকল পণ্য stock ও availability-এর ওপর নির্ভরশীল। Modest Fit কোনো পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই যেকোনো সময় কোনো product পরিবর্তন, বন্ধ বা সীমিত করার অধিকার রাখে। কোনো order করার পর পণ্যটি unavailable হয়ে গেলে আমরা customer-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করে available alternative অথবা order cancellation-এর ব্যবস্থা করতে পারি।

৩. মূল্য (Pricing)

অন্যভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকলে আমাদের সকল product-এর মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-তে প্রদর্শিত হয়। যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই product-এর price পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। আমরা pricing information সঠিক রাখার জন্য যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করি; তবে অনিচ্ছাকৃত ভুল হতে পারে।

কোনো product-এর price-এ ভুল থাকলে Modest Fit সেই ভুল সংশোধন এবং প্রয়োজনে সংশ্লিষ্ট order বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

৪. Order Confirmation

Order করার পর আপনি আপনার order details সহ একটি confirmation পেতে পারেন। Order confirmation পাওয়া মানেই orderটি চূড়ান্তভাবে accepted হয়েছে—এমন নয়। Product availability, pricing error, payment issue অথবা অন্যান্য operational কারণে Modest Fit কোনো order cancel বা modify করার অধিকার রাখে।

Order বাতিল হলে customer-কে যথাসম্ভব প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য জানানো হবে।

৫. Shipping & Delivery

Modest Fit customer-কে জানানো estimated timeframe অনুযায়ী order process ও dispatch করার চেষ্টা করে। Delivery time location, courier availability, আবহাওয়া, ছুটির দিন এবং অন্যান্য অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। Order third-party courier-এর কাছে হস্তান্তরের পর courier-এর কারণে কোনো delay হলে তা সবসময় আমাদের সরাসরি নিয়ন্ত্রণের মধ্যে থাকে না।

৬. Return & Exchange

Return ও Exchange আমাদের Return & Exchange Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।

অন্যভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকলে return করা product অবশ্যই:

• Unused ও unworn হতে হবে
• Original condition-এ থাকতে হবে
• কোনো stain, damage বা alteration থাকা যাবে না
• প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে original price tag ও packaging থাকতে হবে

Return বা exchange-এর request করার আগে আমাদের Return & Exchange Policy দেখে নেওয়ার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

৭. Intellectual Property

Modest Fit-এর website-এ থাকা সকল content—যার মধ্যে রয়েছে:

—Modest Fit-এর মালিকানাধীন অথবা যথাযথ অধিকারসহ ব্যবহৃত এবং প্রযোজ্য intellectual property laws দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।

৯. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা (Limitation of Liability)

প্রযোজ্য আইনের সীমার মধ্যে Modest Fit website, products বা services ব্যবহারের কারণে সৃষ্ট indirect, incidental, special বা consequential loss-এর জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।

যেসব ক্ষেত্রে আইন অনুযায়ী liability বাদ দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়, সেক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য আইন সাপেক্ষে সংশ্লিষ্ট product বা service-এর purchase price পর্যন্ত আমাদের liability সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে।

সর্বশেষ শর্তাবলি সম্পর্কে জানতে customers-কে মাঝে মাঝে এই page review করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

১১. প্রযোজ্য আইন

এই Terms & Conditions বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে। এই Terms & Conditions-এর সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত কোনো dispute হলে তা বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আদালতের jurisdiction-এর অধীন হবে।

১২. পণ্যের রঙ সংক্রান্ত তথ্য

আমরা product-এর রঙ যতটা সম্ভব সঠিকভাবে প্রদর্শন করার চেষ্টা করি। তবে নিচের বিষয়গুলোর কারণে screen-এ দেখা রঙের সঙ্গে actual product-এর রঙে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে:

তাই screen-এ দেখা রঙের তুলনায় actual product-এর রঙ সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
