না টাইট, না ঝুলন্ত। কাঁধ, কলার আর হাতার মাপ বাংলাদেশের পুরুষের গড়ন মাথায় রেখে বানানো, তাই পরলে আরাম লাগে আর দেখতেও মার্জিত লাগে।

কীভাবে অর্ডার করব? | How do I place an order? 🛍️
ওয়েবসাইট থেকে পছন্দের শার্ট, রঙ ও সাইজ বেছে অর্ডার করুন। চাইলে আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজে ইনবক্স করেও অর্ডার দিতে পারেন।

ডেলিভারি কত দিনে পাব, চার্জ কত? | How long does delivery take, and what is the charge? 🚚
ঢাকার ভেতরে [২–৩] কর্মদিবস, ঢাকার বাইরে [৩–৫] কর্মদিবস। ডেলিভারি চার্জ: ঢাকার ভেতরে ৳৭০, ঢাকার বাইরে ৳১৩০।
Inside Dhaka: [2-3] business days. Outside Dhaka: [3-5] business days. Delivery charge: ৳70 inside Dhaka, ৳130 outside Dhaka.

ডেলিভারির সময় কী করব? | What should I do at delivery? 📦
ডেলিভারি পারসনের সামনেই শার্টটা দেখে নিন। কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে তখনই আমাদের জানান, কারণ ডেলিভারি পারসন চলে যাওয়ার পর দাবি সাধারণত গ্রহণ করা সম্ভব হয় না।
Please check your shirt in front of the delivery person. If anything is off, tell us right away, as claims after the delivery person leaves usually can't be accepted.

ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ শার্ট পেলে কী হবে? | What if I receive a wrong or defective shirt? 🤝
আমাদের ভুল হলে আমরা ঠিক করে দেব, এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিফান্ডের মাধ্যমে। এ ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জও আমরা বহন করব।
If the mistake is ours, we'll make it right through an exchange or refund, and we'll cover the delivery charge too.

রিফান্ড পেতে কত সময় লাগে? | How long does a refund take? 💸
অনুমোদনের পর সাধারণত ৩–৭ কর্মদিবস। COD অর্ডারে bKash/Nagad বা ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য লাগতে পারে।
Usually 3-7 business days after approval. For COD orders, we may ask for your bKash/Nagad or bank account details.

ছবির সাথে আসল রঙ মিলবে তো? | Will the colour match the photos? 🎨
আমরা আসল রঙের কাছাকাছি ছবি দিতে চেষ্টা করি। তবে মোবাইল বা স্ক্রিনভেদে রঙে সামান্য পার্থক্য দেখা যেতে পারে।
We try to show colours as true as possible. Slight differences may appear depending on your screen.
